Your submission has not been received until you hit the "Submit" button below. By submitting names below, I understand that a minimum of a $30.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any students who are selected to participate, but later cancel.
I also understand that all submitted registration fees are non-refundable. Registration fees may be transferable to another student from the school based on approval by the Festival Director. I also verify that I have discussed my recommendations with the listed students and that they have confirmed their availability to participate in the Festival. Please consult each student individually to confirm that there are no other conflicts with the Festival dates, such as planned family trips, athletic event conflicts, etc. Thank you!
